Returns & Privacy

General Policy:

At Auriello Essentials, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Return:

Item Condition: Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items returned with any signs of use or damage may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Proof of Purchase:

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Period:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  2. Perishable goods such as flowers, or plants
  3. Intimate or sanitary goods
  4. Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
  5. Gift cards
  6. Downloadable software products
  7. Some health and personal care items

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at aurielloessentials@aurielloessentials.co.za with your order number, details of the product, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our return confirmation and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to us without this confirmation.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at aurielloessentials@aurielloessentials.co.za and send your item to the provided address following our confirmation.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
